The Advanced Manufacturing module adds more capabilities to the process of manufacturing goods. Even though
the core Visual Grasp© Accounting Software includes a "Bill of Materials" in its Inventory Control module, this
optional module takes it up to a higher level of functionality.
With this module the build process can include Task costing and scheduling, weighted builds to accommodate those "small quantity"
jobs. Alternate parts can be substituted for one off circumstances which may be dictated by part shortages or special circumstances.
There is a worker scheduling tool to allocate jobs to workers and track their progress. As the build is completed you can revisit
the actual Task time to planned Task time and make permanent adjustments to the original Bill of Materials.
There are also various reports to scrutinize the build process.
